Established in 1992, The site is set in 3.5 acres, this beautiful garden site has 30 pitches, all with electricity ( 16 amp).
There is an abundance of trees and shrubs. There are a large variety of different trees on the site .
Pitches back onto trees offering plenty of shade and an opportunity to observe a range of wildlife.
Tents are accepted.
There is a heated sanitary block with hand basins, toilets, shaver point .
There is also an Elsan point.
Drinking water points are located around the site.
Laundry facilities available.
Super stores in the area are, Sainsbury’s 2 miles, Tesco’s 2 miles &
Co op food store 2.5 miles.
The Site lies between Felixstowe (8 Miles) and Ipswich (4 Miles).
A bus service to Ipswich & Felixstowe is approx. 1.5 miles from site.
> The Shannon public house in the village of Bucklesham is just 1.5 miles
> Purdis heath golf course 1 mile
> Foxhall Stadium is 2.5 miles.
> Trinity Park (Suffolk show ground) is within walking distance or a 5 min drive to the main entrance.

CHIMINEA HIRE
Due to insurance restrictions we cannot allow fire pits, but what's camping without a fire ? We can however allow chimineas , as long as they meet certain criteria (fitted with a spark arrester )
Don't fancy lugging yours from home ?( you can if you want to but you will have to sign a disclaimer) Then hire one of ours for £10 per night
Includes a starter pack of kindling and a small bag of logs, additional logs can be purchased in £5 and £10 bags

Hire agreement for Chiminea
The signing of this document is acknowledgement that you will abide by the stipulations below.
The chiminea is to be used responsibly at all times by an adult (over 18) and never left unattended whilst alight.
The chiminea must be kept out in front of your unit on a heat-resistant mat (supplied) and never in the treeline! It will be situated in an agreed place by a member of Low house staff, and thereafter not moved unless agreed with and moved by staff.
Only wood is to be burnt on the chiminea and it must be seasoned or kiln dried, you can purchase wood from Low House, alternatively if you supply your own you must if asked be able to prove it is seasoned or kiln dried.
The destruction of our property or trees for burning will not be tolerated! Anyone caught doing so will be told to leave immediately!
A bucket of water (supplied) must be on hand at all times to assist with accidental burns or small fire related emergency’s, there are fire extinguishers located outside of reception and by the washing up area, please familiarise yourself with their location.
All ashes once cooled to be disposed of in the galvanised bin situated next to the main gate, under no circumstances are they to be put into the plastic wheeled bins even if you believe them to be extinguished.
The chiminea remains the property of Low House, and is to be returned at the end of the hire period in the same condition it was leased in.
Low House accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the chiminea during the hire period!
