Terms and conditions

Low house touring caravan centre, operates a system whereas, no caravan or campervan can enter or exit the site unless under the supervision of the site warden, cars can come and go freely throughout their stay, but please familiarise yourself with the entrance/exit procedure, as any damage caused to your vehicle through your own negligence, is not the fault of Low house, and we cannot be held responsible, also we may seek compensation for any damage to our property.

Although we do not discourage you having guests visit you, or charge you for them being on site, we do insist they report to reception, this is a legal requirement for insurance and health and safety purposes. Once they have reported to reception, they will be instructed as to where they can park, at busy times, they may be asked to leave their car in the car park.

There will be no entry for new arrivals or exit for caravans/campervans leaving, between 8pm and 7am , however we understand some circumstances can’t be helped, and we will do all we can to accommodate you, all we ask is you give us as much notice as you can

If no one is in reception, please ring the bell, and someone will come to your assistance, there is a warden and an assistant warden on site the majority of the time, it would be greatly appreciated if you did not knock on either of the wardens caravan doors, as that particular warden, may be off duty
