Terms and conditions

Low house touring caravan centre, operates a system whereas, no caravan or campervan can enter or exit the site unless under the supervision of the site warden, cars can come and go freely throughout their stay, but please familiarise yourself with the entrance/exit procedure, as any damage caused to your vehicle through your own negligence, is not the fault of Low house, and we cannot be held responsible, also we may seek compensation for any damage to our property.


Although we do not discourage you having guests visit you, or charge you for them being on site, we do insist they report to reception, this is a legal requirement for insurance and health and safety purposes. Once they have reported to reception, they will be instructed as to where they can park, at busy times, they may be asked to leave their car in the car park.


There will be no entry for new arrivals or exit for caravans/campervans leaving, between 8pm and 7am , however we understand some circumstances can’t be helped, and we will do all we can to accommodate you, all we ask is you give us as much notice as you can


If no one is in reception, please ring the bell, and someone will come to your assistance, there is a warden and an assistant warden on site the majority of the time, it would be greatly appreciated if you did not knock on either of the wardens caravan doors, as that particular warden, may be off duty


No excessive noise (shouting/loud music) after 9pm and for the consideration of other guests, any noise to be kept to a minimum after 11pm


While we accept groups of more than 2 caravans/families.  This will be by prior arrangement ONLY with one lead guest. And you will ALL be asked for proof of identification and proof of residence for at least one person in each individual unit. Please do not book further pitches under different names as if it becomes apparent, that you are altogether, you will ALL be asked to leave without refund.


Well behaved children are welcome on the camp site. But must be under adult supervision at all times, please note the shower block is not a playground, also any wilful damage to/ theft from campsite/other patrons property will not be tolerated , and will result in you being asked to leave.


  We also welcome well behaved dogs, but they MUST be on a lead whilst on site. The site is very close to a large public heath /woods,(0.75 miles)  perfect for dog walking, No dogs to be left unattended outside of your unit, i.e. in cages or tied to anything, it is your responsibility to make sure they do not cause a nuisance in any way to other guests and neighbours, failure to comply, will result in you being asked to leave


ALL dog fouling must be cleared immediately


No charging of electrical vehicles


No cctv cameras on the outside of your unit were they capture images of the public


No businesses' to be run from the site 


No coming on site and using the facilities for the day and then leaving without paying the daily rate         (Seasonal only) 


All fees to be paid on entry, (cash) sorry we do not have the facilities to except card payments or cheques. if you wish to extend your stay, it may be possible to do so, depending on availability, but any further fees must be paid in advance, the owing of ground rent and fees long term is not acceptable, and legal steps will be taken to recover fees and remove your unit.




Sorry, but strictly no working or residential occupancy vans & commercial vehicles

Please Note  Winnebago’s, Fifth wheels, Hobby, Tabbert, Roma, Kabe, LMC, Geist, X large vans etc are not excepted on site - Unfortunately we will not be able to allow you on site even if you have pre-booked


We reserve the right to refuse entry without reason


All the afore mentioned T&C’s must be strictly adhered to, failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave without refund 


We appreciate the above T&C’s may seem a little excessive, but based on previous experiences, we have had to enforce them for our own protection, and for the safety and protection of GENUINE caravan and campervan users.
